Stella is an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist dedicated to inclusive, quality mental health care. She works with adults and young adults who are navigating the complexities of demanding careers, relationships, and life transitions - helping them work through anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, and identity exploration.
 
As a certified Choice Theory Reality Therapy (CTRT) practitioner and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) trained therapist, Stella brings an integrative approach to therapy work. Her therapeutic toolkit combines these foundations with Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Gottman Method Couples Therapy (GMCT). In her practice, she believes in meeting clients where they are, offering practical tools for immediate relief while creating a safe space where clients feel supported yet encouraged to grow. Stella is committed to making therapy accessible, with the belief that we all have the capacity to move forward in life, even while facing mental health challenges.
 
Stella holds a M.A. in Counselling & Guidance from NTU and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) from CSU.
