Counselling Career MapThirteen job roles in the Counselling Track arranged in four columns: Education, Research, Direct Practice and Management. Direct Practice runs from Associate Counsellor up through Counsellor, Senior Counsellor, Principal Counsellor, Senior Principal Counsellor to Chief Counsellor. Management runs from Manager or Assistant Manager up through Senior Manager and Assistant Director to Executive Director. Research runs from Research Counsellor to Principal Research Counsellor. Counselling Educator connects in both directions with Senior Principal Counsellor, Principal Research Counsellor and Principal Counsellor.
