Practicing since 2011, I am specializing in helping individuals with anxiety and unresolved trauma, supporting them in emotional regulation and interpersonal relationship. Together, we can explore your triggers, rebuild your sense of self, and regain control of your emotions. For younger clients, I use expressive techniques to teach coping strategies.
